We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Level 3 Qualified Lead Nursery Teacher to join our team!

Each Peach is a beautiful nursery based in hove, with newly refurbished rooms and resources including an amazing discovery room. The team take the children on exciting trips every week including the park, the library, visits to the local green grocers and the beach. We run regular forest school sessions and are currently working very hard on building our beach school sessions. We as a company do everything we can to support our team, we always endeavour to promote a healthy work life balance whenever we can this includes consideration for family commitments. We give our team a day off for birthdays and always encourage their individuality with a relaxed uniform policy!

You will:

• Build strong partnerships with parents and/or carers, colleagues and any professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent care all day every day
• Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment within your room and prepare engaging activities for the children
• Support the Management team to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment within the nursery

You will have:

• A passion for childcare and making a difference
• A good knowledge of the early years
• Previous experience in a childcare environment
• A level 3 qualification in the early years
• A can-do attitude and a nurturing personality
